This might seem like a rather sophomoric answer to what is likely a rhetorical question, but the University is profiting off increased enrollment. All of those students are paying their way, whether through direct payments or scholarships subsidized by the state (or other entities, such as charities, non-profits, etc.). Regardless of how many students attend LSU, they should be adequately funded given that each person's tuition is taken care of in one way or another.
In light of Louisiana's potential budget cuts on higher education, this is a forum to discuss different opinions and ideas and to share information about what is to come and help SAVE OUR SCHOOLS.
